Nataly Hall is a certified make-up artist who takes in pride in knowing that she helped make someone feel good from the inside and out. She had received her certification from Graham Webb Academy, a leading, international wellness and beauty institute just minutes from Washington, D.C. She was also born and raised in Maryland and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Trinity University. She has introduced many women to what she calls "beauty on a budget" where she shows women how to apply make-up and what products to use without spending a lot of money. "Beauty on a budget came from when I was in college and I could not afford high priced, department store brands. Through research, I found that there are various, cheaper drugstore brands that if applied properly, you can look like a movie star with out breaking the bank!"
Her artistry has serviced various parts of the Washington Metro area and beyond. She has worked with various photographers, runway, media events, print, promotions and more. She has recently worked as an artist for the program "America's Veterans: A Musical Tribute" to be aired on PBS in partnership with the United States Air Force Band. This year's broadcast will feature the legendary jazz trumpeter Arturo Sandoval, the winner from season three of "So You Think You Can Dance" Sabra Johnson and country star Jo Dee Messina.
She has also served as an artist for DC Fashion week and taught a make-up seminar for Women's Health Week showing women that they could look fabulous while on a budget! "I am very professional and I always keep myself updated on what is current in the fashion/beauty industry. Being open and receptive to creativity, I can adapt to whatever look the client wants and is looking for. I have educated myself on various make-up techniques and applications, with airbrush makeup being one of them. I have worked with all types of skin tones and textures. I was given this gift to provide a service to not only beautify an outward, physical appearance, but to show that true beauty does lie within the soul. If you are happy on the outside, your inner being will become that more apparent." She also provides light hair services. **Your wedding date: 50% deposit is due when signing the contract. If there is a cancellation 2 weeks after signing the contract, there will be no refund of your deposit. All remaining balance must be paid 5 business days before service.
*Shoots, runway and other media services-There will be a $150.00 cancellation/rescheduling fee if I am notified no less than a week in advance. Please contact me prior to secure a new date. 50% deposit is due at booking.
